Managing the Organisation


 

The Organisation View establishes the following for the project:
  • The Resources available to be assigned to teams;
  • The Resources and their structure;
  • The Assignment of Resources to the Teams with specific Jobs or Roles;
The Organisation Chart provides a visual way to show the project management team and the context the team works within.
The project manager can use the Org Chart to prepare the team structure as part of the Project Organisation. This capability is available with the project management version. For the planning version, the Org Chart can be included in documents.
