This version provides support to a project manager to plan and manage a single project. Additional support is provided to capture and manage Project Records, to create and maintain word templates for documents and reports and provide more detailed project organisation structure information.
The Project Version includes all of the functions of the Planning Version plus the following functions:
Managing Team Information
The organisation chart provides a visual way to show the project management team and the context the team works within.
The project manager can use the Org Chart to prepare the team structure as part of the Project Organisation. For the planning version, the Org Chart can be included in documents.
Project Records (Issues, Risks, etc)
- Issues situations that need to be dealt with. You may need to add a number of actions to resolve each issue
- Risks things that might happen that have an impact on your project or business. You may need to add actions to mitigate the risk or provide a contingency plan in case the risk occurs
- Meetings
- Quality checks
- Status reports
- Requisitions
Actions
You often need to record actions taken as a result of, or to deal with, events or situations for which you keep records. You may, for example, need to record actions taken to mitigate a risk or to deal with an issue.
Custom Documents
You can use Microsoft Word templates to configure your own custom documents. These documents can use your standard formatting and headers and footers. You can also embed project information into your existing standard reports or documents.
