Defining and Analysing Products is the central planning process supported
by P2WORLD Planning, resulting in a mutually consistent Product
Checklist, Product Breakdown Structure (PBS), Product Flow Diagram (PFD) and associated Product
Descriptions.

(Identifying Activities & Dependencies and Scheduling) - you organise
products into Stages and Work Packages and assign activities for the creation
and validation of the associated products. If you don’t need the power and sophistication of tools to
assist with critical path analysis and resource management then assign start and end dates, estimates
of effort and cost — and track progress right here in P2WORLD Planning
- If you do need that extra power and sophistication you get seamless integration with Microsoft
Project™, if it is installed on your system (ask about integration with other project management tools)
